Raihana graduated with honours from central Queensland university, with specific focus on sports biomechanics, my research entailed of “comparing the effects of lower limb joint movements within a conventional deadlift, .
Her work background is extensively married between High risk foot wound clinic as well as private practice. She currently works at Westmead hospital under the chronic and complex foot wound clinic, where she treats a myriad of lower limb ailments that cause chronic ulcerations.
Her approach to podiatry is from a multi faceted angle, very much like her working background where she does not just treat patients feet, but looks at the bigger picture such as lifestyle factors and medical history.
She enjoy including my patients to be a pivotal part of their care, and she gets the most amount of joy when she can see the outcomes of all of their efforts! She  passionate about public health and education, thus will always incorporate this in all of her treatments.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with my big loud middle eastern family and travelling with her daughter and husband. She also enjoys learning about insects and animals’ behaviours and her garden is her sanctuary, pride and joy!
